The Lynd Company understands the contributions that our employees make and how important they are to the success of our organization. You choose what’s best for you and your family. The benefits include:
Medical Benefits: United HealthCare administers this plan. You will have two options to choose from. That way you select the one that best meet your needs. Both options include prescription drug coverage.
 
Dental Plan: Our dental plan emphasizes preventive care and is designed to meet general dental care. It is administered by Securian Dental Plans.
 
Vision Plan: This plan is administered by Spectra. The plan provides nationwide network of optometrists and ophthalmologists, and allows you to choose a doctor in the network or outside the network. The plan provides benefits for regular eye examinations, glasses or contact lenses and laser vision care.
 
401k Plan: Employees are encouraged to save for retirement and The Lynd Company offers a 401(k) plan administered by Fidelity Investments, offering 26 investment options.
 
Holidays: We do recognize most U.S. holidays. The exact holidays are determined based on your assignment within the organization (Corporate or Property).
 
Paid Time Off (PTO): We have an all-purpose time-off policy for eligible employees to use for vacation, illness or injury, and personal business. It combines traditional vacation and sick leave plans into one flexible, paid time-off plan.
 
Bereavement Leave: After your benefit eligibility period you will be eligible for bereavement leave. You will be granted 3 days for an immediate family member and 1 day for other family members as outlined in our Employee Handbook.
 
Section 125 Plan: Your medical, vision, and dental premiums will be deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis.
 
Employee Apartment Discount: Employees are eligible to receive a 20% discount on the market rent if living on a Lynd managed property.
 
AFLAC: : Our employees have the option of selecting Short Term Disability, Accident Indemnity, Cancer Indemnity, Hospital Protection, and Life Insurance through AFLAC. If you choose one of their plans you can have it payroll deducted.
